No — it's the plan we're working toward, published so there are no surprises. Numbers and app contents may change before general availability, and early-access teams will hear about any change before it affects them.
No. You choose which apps each person gets, add a card, and you're billed for those seats from day one. Seats can be added or removed whenever you like, and you can cancel any time — you only ever pay for the people who hold a seat.
No — that's the point of pricing them separately. Buy Content for the delivery team, add Service Desk only for the people working tickets, and CRM only for the people selling. Nobody pays for an app they don't open.
Yes. Apps are assigned per person, so a support agent might hold Service Desk and Content while an account manager holds CRM and Chat. You're billed on who holds what.
They're part of Content, along with boards, time tracking and PMO. Project delivery isn't a separate product — it's what you do with the documents, boards and tasks you already have.
If someone holds all five apps, they're billed at the All apps rate of $39 per user per month instead of five separate app prices — a saving of $14 per user per month. There's nothing to choose or upgrade to: it applies automatically to anyone who holds every app, and stops applying if you drop one.
Yes — choose annual billing at checkout, or switch at any time from Workspace Settings. Annual gives you 2 months free: $10 per user per month becomes $100 per user per year. Switching mid-term is prorated, so you're credited or charged the difference on the day. The one exception is the Virtual Agent, which is billed monthly by usage and can't be part of an annual subscription.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing, and you can drop an app or a seat whenever you like — the change is prorated on your next invoice. Your data stays accessible.
