Yes. Early access requires a paid subscription. Choose the seats your team needs and review the charges at checkout. Billing starts when you subscribe.

No. A workspace pays from day one: you choose which seats each person who works in it gets, add a card, and you're billed for those seats. Seats can be added or removed whenever you like, and you can cancel any time. What's free is membership inside a paying workspace, described below.

Anyone in a workspace that pays can view its content, send direct and group messages, join voice huddles and take 1:1 calls at no charge. Editing needs a seat, and viewers get no editing, export or AI. Free only ever means free inside a workspace that pays; a workspace with no paid seats has none of it.

Content (notes, files, boards, tasks, time tracking and PMO), the wiki, and chat rooms for your projects, for $12 per user per month. It's one seat for the whole product. Nothing is sold separately for the wiki or for chat rooms.

Meetings is the $19 per user tier: the Pinboard seat plus hosting group video meetings and screen share. Only the host needs it. Guests join your meeting free, and direct messages, group messages, voice huddles and 1:1 calls are free for everyone in a paying workspace.

Service Desk is $29 per agent per month on top of a Pinboard seat, so an agent costs $41 in total. Only the people working tickets need it.

No. Start with the Pinboard seat for the delivery team, add Meetings for the people who host group calls, Service Desk on top of the Pinboard seat only for the people working tickets, and CRM only for the people selling. Nobody pays for something they don't use.

Yes. Seats are assigned per person, so a support agent might hold Service Desk and Pinboard while an account manager holds CRM and Pinboard + Meetings. You're billed on who holds what.

Projects are part of the Pinboard seat, along with boards, time tracking and PMO. Project delivery isn't a separate product. It's what you do with the documents and boards you already have.

If someone holds Pinboard, Service Desk and CRM, they're billed at the All apps rate of $49 per user per month instead of the separate prices, and Meetings comes included. That saves $14 per user per month against buying all four, or $7 against the three apps alone. There's nothing to choose or upgrade to: it applies automatically to anyone who holds those three, and stops applying if you drop one. AI is never part of it.

AI is an add-on at $12 per user per month. It needs a Pinboard, Service Desk or CRM seat to go with it and is never included in a plan or the All apps rate.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month, and you can drop a seat whenever you like. The change is prorated on your next invoice. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
